Install EasyScreenViewer

EasyScreenViewer is installed inside your SAP Field Service Management tenant as a Shell extension. Installing takes about 2 minutes and only needs to be done once per tenant.

Before you start#

You'll need:

  • FSM admin access on the tenant where you want to install ESV — specifically, permission to add extensions in Foundational Services → Extensions.
  • Your license key— a long string we email you after purchase. If you don't have one yet, contact sales.

Step 1 — Open Extension Management in FSM#

Sign in to FSM in your web browser. Open Foundational Services → Extensions and switch to the Installedtab. You'll see the list of extensions currently installed in your tenant.

Step 2 — Add EasyScreenViewer#

Click Add Extension. FSM will ask for an Extension URL. Paste:

FSM follows that link to our manifest and shows the install form, including a License Key field.

Step 3 — Paste your license key#

Paste the license key we sent you into the License Key field. Confirm the install.

FSM will add EasyScreenViewer to your Shell. The first time it loads, it validates your license against our backend and unlocks the features encoded in your SKU.

Step 4 — Verify#

Open EasyScreenViewer from FSM Shell. You should see your screen list and admin tabs (the admin tab is hidden if your license doesn't include admin privileges).
